I have very fine, thin hair and sometimes sensitive skin. I started using the blueberry fields which I loved but was having breakouts on my neck (not sure if it was due to the shampoo). I reached out to Humbly to see what they would suggest. To my surprise, they sent me the chai bundle for free. I haven't had any breakouts and I am losing less hair after I wash. My hair is very soft and shiny. I love this stuff!! Tip: if your hair has static, use more conditioner!
My hair is normally very dry, dull, coarse & wavy. This photo is of my hair after using your shampoo & conditioner. Before, the only way I was able to get it this smooth (using my other shampoo & conditioner) was to blow dry it. Using your product, my hair dries naturally to a perfectly smooth, relaxed & shiny appearance just as you see it on this photo. The most unexpected thing about it is that I don't use my blow dryer to get it to look this way, I just let it dry naturally & I get this wonderful results. I am extremely pleased. P.S. I'm 86 years old
I don't understand why more people aren't talking about Humby Organic, because wow! I've been trying a bunch of different brands to find the best bar shampoo/conditioner, but I recent tried another highly rated brand that actually damaged my hair. My hair was staticky, dry, and fragile after using it once! I was not a fan, but this was a great time to put the new Humby Chai Spice bars to the test, and they did not disappoint! I'm mean, I wish you could feel how soft my hair is after using Chai Spice just once! It feels nice knowing that sustainability doesn't mean I have to sacrifice a good hair day! Thanks Humby!

I’m in my 50s, going through perimenopause, and letting the gray hair grow. As my hair is changing and thinning, I started out trying the Blueberry Fields shampoo and conditioner after seeing and hearing favorable reviews. It did not work for me at all; I noticed more hairs falling out, and my scalp was so itchy. I contacted customer service hoping they could maybe help me figure out what ingredient might be causing all this, but simply got a common response of ‘everybody’s hair and scalp react differently to different ingredients’—not helpful to me at all. However, I didn’t want to give up on these shampoo and conditioner bars, so I decided to give the Chai Spice a try and fell in love with it! I do not suffer from the itchy scalp like the Blueberry Fields was giving me, and I only have to wash and condition my hair 3 times a week, so the bars last me months before I have to reorder. If you find you’re in the same stage of life as me, your hair is changing, the shampoo and conditioner bars geared towards gray didn’t work for you, but you don’t want to go back to bottled products, then give the Chai Spice a try!

I am NOT an online review person. I am 43 years old. And along with many my age I am super afraid that the handfuls of shedding hair in the shower will leave me with nothing very soon. I have been impressed enough with the amount of baby hairs I have had coming back after trying the blueberry fields bar that I made a random comment on a social media discussion. I thought the product was helping with the hair loss, but the rest of me was very itchy and sensitive. It was not directed to the company. But they reached out to me. They suggested 2 new sents that may be more tolerable and offered to replace or refund my product. I did not have the shipping number from my order. I was only expecting robotic service responses. But they looked up my name and email and sent me a replacement product. The level of service I experienced was so overwhelmingly refreshing to me. They care about the people using their product. I will be purchasing from this company for as long as it is in existence. Thank you so much.
My curls and fine hair love the unscented conditioner, and recently I also got the chai. Beautiful, and reduces shedding and frizz. My go-to conditioner, will not be without it. I am 56 🙂

First, the shampoo and conditioner are fantastic. My hair feels healthy and soft. It feels truly clean. I have the blueberry and the chai and I rotate between the two. When I emailed with a question as to which shampoo would help with body, I received an answer within the day. Second, they care about their customer, their product and their company. They are a responsible company that gives attention to their business model and their employees. It makes me want to support them.

Got my Chai shampoo & conditioner and within an hour I tried it out. I go way back with bar shampoo/conditioner but this was by far the best. And it lathered with only a small amount. The constitution acted as a detailed too. I'm sold
In October, I placed my first order with Humby, choosing the Anti-Frizz Bundle. A few weeks after receipt and use, I loved the way Purple Rain made my hair look and feel. The Smooth Oil was a surprise --- lightweight, helped to smooth (but not eliminate) frizz, and has a delicious herb-like earthy scent (would love a shampoo/conditioner in THIS scent). The tray is perfect for keeping the bars dry! I was a bit disappointed in the brush, though; I have long thick salt-and-pepper hair that the flexible bristles were simply unable to completely brush through. (I use a wide-toothed sandalwood comb.) All in all, though, I became a Humby convert! This February, I carefully read the descriptions and properties of all of the other selections in the Humby line. Chai Spice became my next choice because I love chai and spices, and because of the promise of hair strengthening and volumizing, as well as helping to prevent breakage. When these new Chai Spice bars arrived, I did feel disappointment in the scent --- one bar smells like coconut and one smells like vanilla. I detected no hint of cinnamon or other spices in either bar. During this past month, I have shampooed and conditioned around six times, strictly with these two bars. I have experimented with the amount of conditioner I use, and have tried it both rinsed out and as a leave-in. It's too soon yet to know if it has lessened breakage, but my hair does seem to have more volume. However, it does not seem as soft or have the shine I experienced with Purple Rain. I do not want to return the Chai Spice bars because they do seem to perform as described. I think I will experiment with washing with the Chai Spice shampoo, but conditioning with the Purple Rain conditioner. Perhaps I'll order the Peppermint Shine and/or Lemon conditioners to see if they will add more shine. I absolutely plan to continue using, and recommending, Humby products!
I initially ordered the Blueberry Fields bundle. It wasn't the best match for my hair as my hair felt limp after I tried it. The issue was not the shampoo, but the fact that I'm 75 and my hair is fine and has thinned considerably. I reached out to Humby and received a response within hours. They suggested I try the Chai Spice (which they sent me immediately to replace the Blueberry Fields.). I have to say that I am quite impressed-the volume is great; it smells great, and I'm having less shedding. Humby also reached out to me AFTER I received the replacement to be sure that I was happy with it. I don't think I have ever received such personal and caring customer service. In an age of faceless companies and AI generated customer service, it is so reassuring to know that there are companies out there who offer a quality product, stand behind that product, and really care about their customers! Used the chai spice for the first time today. This is my first time using your products. The shampoo lathered SO well. With other products, I had to shampoo twice. As a Black woman mixed with Argentine, my hair type is both 3B, and 3C. I use products to tame my curls. Hence the need to shampoo twice. But with this shampoo bar, once was enough! I was amazed with that alone. As I rinsed it out, my hair felt thicker. I’m a breast cancer patient/survivor. I’ve got 3 years left of my post cancer pill. It has caused alopecia. I have 1/4 the thickness I had before chemotherapy , and this post cancer pill. That’s what made me want to try these bars. The conditioner made my hair SO soft! I decided to let it dry with no product, just to see exactly what it did for my hair. It dried soft, but still needed something for curl definition. That is okay! There was more body, and it smelled lovely (though I’d have preferred it to be stronger). I’m very happy with my purchase.
I am 40 and have been on a glp1 shot for about a year. I like many people have seen amazing success but also lots of hair loss. I did everything right. I spend so much on all the vitamins and shampoos to combat the issue. I stopped all that. Switched to Humby, got the blue berry because of the review where the woman regrew her hair after chemo related loss. I was iffy but thought if it worked for her I have to try. IT WORKS!!! I am 3 weeks in and I could cry at the ability to wash my hair and not lose a handful each time. the shedding has almost stopped and I see a thickness in my existing hair that is remarkable for the short amount of time. a few different $100 custom shampoo sets never produced even close to these results. I would love to know what other scents also promote repair and growth like the blueberry but i will not mess up a good thing, i am buying the same bar set again because IT WORKS!
I am so glad ordered the chai spice shampoo and conditioner. I am an 80s big hair loving girl that has fine thin long hair that I curl and put up daily. Menopause made my hair even thinner and dull but wow my hair shines, is soft, smells wonderful and has root lift and body that I have not had without product. Bonus- my bathroom smells like a candle.
I have tried Mango Breeze which is my favorite and go to scent but I was pleasantly surprised this Chai Spice did a great job as well. I feel it was more moisturizing yet did not weigh down my hair. I also like that it is lightly scented and does not leave a lingering perfumed scent. Hope this formula stays on the selection. Will definitely continue to order!

I’ve tried many of the Humby shampoo and conditioner sets and the Chai Spice works best for conditioning my course, porous hair. It smells amazing and my hair has never been softer!
I am trying all of the popular brands of bar shampoo and condutioner that I come across. These are so much smaller, while being more expensive. All while claiming they replace two to four bottles of liquid shampoo and conditioner. Unless we're talking about trial size bottles, you aren't living up to those claims.

I have a love / hate relationship with protein bars. I’ve had some brands leave my hair completely flat. Others have worked to a point. This one does at least give nice results where I leave the shower with soft clean hair but I’m not sure how much strengthening has happened so far. The scent is definitely a bit lighter than I was expecting - I was kind of expecting to dive into a chai latte. It’s a nice scent for the colder months though
Okay, let’s be honest: I’ve always had thin, fine hair, and no shampoo/conditioner is going to turn my hair into something that it’s not. But so far I’m very happy with these bars. I first tried the blueberry bars, and they didn’t work so well, making my hair kind of flat and staticky. When I wrote to them, they suggested trying the pink hibiscus bars instead, which would be gentler on my fine locks. And they sent them to me gratis! Turns out that fine is not the same as thinning, and the pink hibiscus bars were much better. My niece even commented on how good my hair looked, sounding almost like one of their ads! I’m liking the chai bars as well, though I don’t notice a huge difference between them and the pink hibiscus. Nice to have options, since they seem to sell out often!

My humby Chai shampoo and the conditioner finally came in and i had to try it, The chai scent is very light, but it stated it gives volume, im glad i got this chai shampoo & conditioner, it gave my hair moisture and volume!! i also use the chai conditioner rubbed all over my shampooed hair, rinse a little off and massaged the rest in my hair, my hair feels great, soft, manageable, and got volume which i needed, btw, i always gotta use a blow dryer, i hope you will make this chai shampoo & the chai conditioner into a larger mega size being i do shampoo & condition (leave in) daily...PLEASE MAKE More scents like Roses of scents, and or how about banana scents, and or bubble gum, and cotton candy scents? thank you

GET THE CHAI. It is gorgeous, warm and spicy, not too overly scented, just beautiful. A welcome departure from lavender, florals, and other common scents. The chai is lovely, my favorite, along with unscented.
Chai Spice leaves my hair “light”, strands are not clumped together so it gives the impression of being fuller, reminding of how my hair used to be some years ago. Also, in comparison to “regular” shampoos, I noticed that my hair is falling less, and I truly hope this is because of the Humby shampoo and not because it’s a phase, but then again only time will tell. But yes, I’m definitely happier with Chai Spice. :) Thank you for suggesting it and sending it to me to replace my first purchase!
