Refund & Returns Policy  

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

How to Request a Return
To be eligible for a return, email us at hello@humbyorganics.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.  

Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:  
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)  
- Intimate or sanitary products  
- Hazardous materials  
- Flammable liquids or gases  

Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards  
- Downloadable software products  
- Some health and personal care items  

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted:  
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error  
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.  

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (processing times may vary).  
- Shipping fees are non-refundable**, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if applicable.  

Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received your refund yet:  
1. Check your bank account again.  
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  
3. Contact your bank—there is often a processing delay.  

If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@humbyorganics.com.  


Pre-Orders  
If you purchase a ‘pre-order’ item along with an ‘in-stock item’, we will ship your order together once all items are available.  
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.  

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Final sale items cannot be refunded. However, if a sale item is damaged or defective, please contact us.  

Exchanges (if applicable)  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@humbyorganics.com before sending anything back.  

We do not process exchanges for different items. If you want a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.  


Gift Returns  
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.  

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping fees may be deducted.  
- If your return is valued over $75 we require a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
