Refund & Returns Policy

We are happy to offer you our unconditional refund policy.

This means you can use a product once or a hundred times, if you're not happy at any time, for any reason we will give you a full refund.

How to get a refund:

Please send an email to hello@humbyorganics.com with the following information.

• Your order number
• The items you'd like refunded
• The reason you are not happy with the item(s)

And we'll process the refund for you.

Please note: most refunds take 3 business days to process. But depending on your bank, this may take up to 14 business days. 

How to exchange an item:

Please send an email to hello@humbyorganics.com with the following information.

• Your original order number 
• The item(s) you'd like to exchange
• The item(s) you'd like instead 

Returning your original item: 

If your product has already been used, there's no need to send it back to us. 

If your product is unopened, we'll email you a free prepaid return label so you can return the item(s) at no cost. 

We cover all shipping costs, including:

• The return shipping cost
• The shipping cost to send your replacement item

Price differences: 

If the new item costs more than your original item, you'll need to pay the difference. 

If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference back to your original payment method.
